Meet Cameron.

Cameron Minards founded Dynamic Property Strategies after having much success through his own personal journey in property investing.

Cameron began investing at 21 and has since built an impressive property portfolio. Not only for himself, but for hundreds of Australians looking to better their future. 

His passion for investment properties came at the age of 17 after reading the famous book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki. It was then he knew there was more opportunity for not only himself and his family, but for others. He then began embarking on a journey of research to understand how to break the chains of the 9-5.

This passion led him to later partnering with amazing mentors throughout all industries in property and business to learn and develop an integrity-driven company, based around helping clients build their own wealth through diverse and dynamic property investing. 

Cameron believes many Australians are led down a path of thinking there is only one way to invest. Cameron wants to help people understand the importance of utilising all methods of property – combining cashflow and capital growth. In doing so, he aims to catapult clients into a long-term sustainable property portfolio. 

The most satisfying part about what he does is building strong friendships with clients as they grow their portfolios and mindsets around what is possible for them. Empowering significant change and a financial breakthrough.

We first like to get to understand and know you, your needs and what your goals are, so that we can work with you, and your current lifestyle so that the property strategy and portfolio is in unison. From here, we get a real sense of how much coaching, mentoring and assistance you need.

2 / 1-ON-1 MENTORING

We all have a different idea of what our dream life looks like, one where money isn’t an object and we have finally achieved financial freedom. Here in the mentoring, we will walk you through all the property fundamentals, investing basics and then get to figure out exactly what your future goals and objectives will need, in order to achieve those goals.

The session is done in a 1-on-1 setting where you are the focus and, here you will be able to ask questions about property and finally feel like you've got the information and direction you have been longing for. You will develop definite goals and know what you need to obtain them.

3 / STRATEGY SESSION

Our team will now create the framework of your action plan and wealth strategy. This is the beginning of your property investment journey and it’s important to have your end goal in mind with key milestones to achieve along the way.

4 / FINANCE STRATEGY

Your finances and any current mortgages or debts will be assessed and reviewed. Our team of financial experts will work with you to enhance your position and help build a solid base for building your property portfolio.

5 / PROPERTY SELECTION

This is where a few properties will be hand picked based on all the above, so that we can ensure the property options are consistent with your goals and your current financial position. These may be geographically spread to isolate economic similarities, but also provide varying working options, so that you can capitalise on many moving markets within Australia.

6 / CONTRACTS & ACQUISITION

Our team will extend here to help assist you through the contracts, acquisition, finance and settlement process.

7 / ONGOING PERFORMANCE

We will ensure you understand the critical timelines of your purchase and what needs to be implemented and by when, to protect you and your assets. We will introduce you to the next part of the journey by working with powerful property managers to keep your asset performing.

We will do a portfolio review annually. Look into how you're tracking, where your portfolio sits and what your next steps look like, to ensure you're constantly checking in with your goals outlined in the mentoring session.
